1. Title: “How to Sleep”
2. Details: 32+ page zine published in June 2014. It’s a real guide on how to sleep! It is written under a concept character/alias I created a few years ago… her name is Neik Glasshouse. Size of zine is 4.25″ x 5.5″.
3. Neik also “created” a website/project called Conscious Float.
4. Inspiration: I have always been a lover of sleeping and dreaming. The act of sleeping (well) is one of the most important things you can do for your mind, body, and soul. Tending to your dreams is also pivotal to your well-being as you can gain great insight on yourself and your connection to the world. In other words, paying attention to your dreams is a significant step toward self-awareness. This zine outlines my personal practices on how I achieve beautiful sleep as well as tips on dream tending.
